Our MLS search tool is the most advanced in the market. It is connected directly to information in our MLS system and is never more than one hour out of date. Benton county is a wonderful place to live. It is the southern foothills of the Ozarks. The lakes and tree covered hills are blessed by a mild four season climate. Be sure to see my page of area photos. Growth is rapid and employment and shopping are very good and getting better. The real estate prices are still some of the best that you will find. You will still find some nice homes in nice neighborhoods for under $100k and the 300's to 400's might buy you a spectacular home that could cost millions in some other places. Real estate taxes are very reasonable as compared to most other areas of the country. Raise your family or retire or invest in this area and you will not be sorry.
My primary areas are Bella Vista, Bentonville (the corporate home of Wal-Mart), Rogers, Beaver Lake and the surrounding areas. I specialize in residential homes and land and very much like helping my clients design and have their new custom homes built to their specifications.
