With over 70 years' combined experience as full-time Realtors in the Austin metro area, we've seen it all.  We are well versed in all aspects of residential real estate.  We specialize in:  move-up programs, 1st time buyers, new home builders, investors, foreclosures, listings, home staging & buyer representation!  We work a 4 county area, including:  Travis, Williamson, Hays & Bastrop.

Our group formed because we all love what we do and have all won numerous customer service awards in our industry, based on our clients' feedback (after the sale).  By teaming up & sharing ideas, we offer our clients the power of an 'alliance' where our synergy is greater by working together; including cross-marketing for listings, brainstorming ideas & sharing what really 'works' when it comes to selling a home in a difficult market OR finding the perfect home for a buyer.  We all agree that happy customers for life is much more important than being a top salesperson & selling 100 homes per year!  We'd rather work with a smaller number of clients who appreciate the exceptional service & refer their friends, family & co-workers to us AFTER the sale!
