I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and have a Master of Real Estate designation (MRE).
SERVICE AREAS AND SPECIALTIES
I am the Broker and Owner of Duncan's Lighthouse Realty. My service area is the area surrounding and especially south of Fort Leonard Wood, MO. I specialize in residential listing and selling and military or civilian relocation. Howerver, I am knowledgeable in commercial, farms, investment property and property management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over 33 years experience in real estate. Part of this time spent working in other agencies; but approximately 8 years of this time I had my own agency. I was a military wife for over 20 years and understand the problems of relocating a family. Very active in local real estate board; serving as an officer and a director for serveral years while serving on numerous committees. Teach the orientation and ethics for my board.
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS
Graduate of Drury College with two Bachelor of Science degrees. Extensively studied the real estate business through seminars, self study, continuing education, GRI and Coldwell Banker courses. I am a life member of the Million Dollar Club and have received the MAR Award of Excellence each year since offered. While affiliated with Coldwell Banker, received honors each year as being a top producer being in the top 5% internationally one of the my first years with them. I am a member of Alpha Sigma Lamda Honor Society and the Beta Club National Honor Society also received the Honors Award for the year 2002 from the Missouri Association of REALTORS.
