Randy McKechnie, President of RLM Consulting, Inc., LFRO, Inc. and Vice President of Texas Market Value, Inc. has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, a Property Tax Consultant, a Trained Professional Arbitrator and Mediator, and offers services as an Expert Witness. Contracting as a Brokerage Consultant for firms such as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Century 21 Judge Fite, Co., The Seller's Advocate, Fedelius, Buyer's Voice and many other large and small brokerage firms in Texas. Randy was the former owner and President of Century 21 Select ( Terrell & Garrett, Inc.).  He also has served as coordinater and instructor for The University of Texas at Arlington's post and pre-licensing real estate education program while acting as a review editor for Dearborn Financial Publishing, Inc. for the review and editing of Contract Law and Law of Agency texts.
For more than fifteen years Randy has preformed as a Mediator and Arbitrator with more than 400 hours of Alternative Dispute Resolution services maintaining a success rate of greater than 85%.
Randy served as the former Broker Chairman of the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Broker Lawyer Committee that provides the real estate industry with all legally drawn contracts, addenda, and notices for promulgation and approval to be used by real estate licensees. He is currently a contract educator for organizations such as;, Institute of Real Estate Professionals, University of Texas at Arlington and many other professional groups.
